eTrust EZ Antivirus in available as a free one year trial download from the Computer Associates site. It's not completely free, but we decided that one year is long enough and reviewed the program. The installation was easy and painless, and was promptly followed by an automatic update and system scan. We found eTrust EZ Antivirus to be a fast and compact program with a simple, well-thought, and easy to use interface. The help system provides all relevant help info and links to the external resources when needed. There is an extra feature called "Snooze" that suspends real-time protection for a given number of minutes - no more "I forgot to re-enable my antivirus" cries!
